We want you to love your home's signature scent; if you are not completely satisfied with your Pura purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all fragrance vials remain unopened and devices are returned in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label to download and print at your convenience.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your Pura devices and unopened fragrances in the original box, ensuring the contents are protected, and affix the shipping label to the outside.
Receive Your Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
